  • Can I cut directly on my new worktop?
Whilst your worktop is unlikely to be damaged by this, we would advise against cutting directly on your worktop, as it is likely to cause damage to your knives over time. We recommend using a dedicated cutting board.
  • How much will my upgrades cost?
Each installation is bespoke, so we would advise you to contact our team to discuss your needs.
  • Are your products natural?
Marble, granite and stone are all 100% natural surface options.
  • What is honed granite?
Honed granite means the material has not been polished to a shine. It is great for those looking for a more natural look. Please note, it can be more susceptible to staining.
  • Is my surface unbreakable?
Following regular use your granite, marble or quartz surface should be incredibly durable. Very heavy and/or fast impacts can chip or crack the surface. Small to medium chips can often be repaired.
  • My granite has lines running across it. Is this normal?
As a natural product granite can often have puts and veins running through it. This adds to its beauty and makes each piece unique. They do not affect the durability of the piece.
  • Is marble suitable for kitchens?
Whilst marble is durable and stylish, it can be more porous and is softer than other materials, making it susceptible to staining and scratching. We would advise that – if you do choose marble – that it should be thoroughly sealed and resealed when needed.
