Get to know our team
Rob Lee
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Rob has been with the company from the very beginning and, other than his family and football, The Little Granite Kitchen Shop is his life.
​
He is fully involved in every process, from overseeing all the manufacturing and production through to the bookkeeping, to ensure the smooth running of the company.
​
He helps to run the template and installation department along with the other directors.
​
He has 30 years' experience in the stone trade and has helped to shape the company to what it is today.
Mike Forte
SALES DIRECTOR
Mike is a director of the company and has been with us since the start.
​
He is a very important member of the sales team and deals with all our quotes and customer relations. Mike offers fantastic customer service skills and can help and advise on the best material for your design.
​
Mike is very well known throughout the trade and is a valued member of the team.
Kev Greenslade
PRODUCTION DIRECTOR
Kevin has over 35 years of production experience with granite and quartz.
​
He started his career refurbishing fireplaces and sculpting marble before moving on to the manufacturing of stone. We believe that Kev is the finest sawyer you would find in the South West, from vein matching to mitred joints, no job is a problem for him.
​
Kev oversees our factory in Kingskerswell and is valued member of the team. Kev has also been with the company from the start.
The rest of the team
Our factory staff are experienced in the operation of our machinery and we take pride in hand finishing every job to ensure the best finish.
Our fitters travel all over the country to template and fit and can install up to 10 kitchens a week.
The office team look after all our customers' needs and designs and are available Monday - Friday in our shop in Paignton. They are also happy to meet customers on a Saturday morning by appointment.
